On 16th<\/sup> June 2023, Radboud University will host a seminar on the Digitalisation of European Civil Justice Systems and Access to Justice<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>

This seminar forms part of a seminar series organised by the research collaboration \u2018Institutions for Conflict Resolution \/ Conflict Resolution Institutions\u2019 (COI) between Utrecht University, Leiden University and Radboud University. The COI research group organises seminars on topics related to institutions for conflict resolution. Here, international speakers present their work, followed by questions and discussions. Each of the three universities hosts a seminar on a rotating basis. Interested researchers are invited to join the seminars in person, on the campus of the host institution, or online via Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The upcoming seminar on the \u2018Digitalisation of European Civil Justice Systems and Access to Justice\u2019 is the fifth seminar of the seminar series. It will be held by Dr. Dory Reiling<\/strong>. Dr. Reiling\u00a0 was a senior judge of the Amsterdam District Court\u00a0 and a senior judicial reform specialist at the World Bank. She was actively involved in designing and building digital\u00a0\u00a0 procedures for the civil courts in the Netherlands.\u00a0 She is the Lead Reporter on the European Law Institute\u2019s project on Digitalisation of Civil Justice in Europe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
