With a new report commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, researchers Rapha\u00ebl Gellert and Pieter Wolters help the Ministry prepare for a revision of the European framework for the liability and responsibilities of internet intermediaries.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1011e45 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1011e45\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-9f4450e\" data-id=\"9f4450e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c66ba29 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c66ba29\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A revision of the framework is necessary to effectively combat the spread of illegal content online.
